Is there really a free trial?: Yes — first week’s free, no card needed. If you don’t love it, walk away. Your number stays yours.
Do I have to port my number?: No. TTN works with the number you already give to customers via call forwarding. No carrier porting, no downtime.
What if I run out of calls?: Two things keep you covered. First, unused calls roll over for up to 3 months — a quiet week is never wasted. If you still run low, add a call pack (+20 calls for $30, or +50 calls for $69 — better value per call) and we keep answering. No per-minute meters, no surprise bill. Busy every month? We’ll just point you to the plan that fits.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from inside the app — no calls to support required. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Are prices inclusive of GST?: Yes — all prices shown are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
