These terms govern your use of the TradieTrust service.
By creating an account or using the TradieTrust service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
TradieTrust provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist and call routing service for trade businesses. The Service includes:
Note: TradieTrust is a lead capture and call routing tool. We do not guarantee that all inbound enquiries will result in booked jobs. Job conversion depends on your pricing, availability, and customer decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Fees for the Service are set out on our Pricing page at tradies.network/#pricing. All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The free trial period (14 days) is provided at our discretion and must be activated within 30 days of account creation.
No lock-in: There are no minimum terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing date. If you cancel during a billing period, you retain access until the end of that period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
TradieTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
You acknowledge that call recordings are a core feature of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of call recordings complies with applicable Australian laws, including the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We recommend that you inform callers at the start of each call that it may be recorded.
If you enable the overflow routing feature, you authorise TradieTrust to share lead details with your approved network contacts under the following conditions:
All software, content, designs, and materials provided through the Service are owned by TradieTrust Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these without our written consent. The TradieTrust name and logo are trademarks of TradieTrust Pty Ltd.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TradieTrust Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities.
Our total liability in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify TradieTrust Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing hello@tradies.network. Upon termination:
TradieTrust may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
